Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Zhongshan, China, the company is privately owned and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (601615.SH) and the London Stock Exchange (MYSE). Today, more than 25,000 employees worldwide support our mission to accelerate the energy transition.
Ming Yang is one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers, with a proven track record in offshore wind and an expanding portfolio across solar, hydrogen, storage, and integrated smart energy systems.
We have delivered almost 131 Gigawatts (GW) of clean energy capacity across more than 1,900 projects in over 40 countries, including over 240,000 wind turbines. These projects reduce 220 million tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year - the equivalent of planting 12.7 billion trees.

Research and development is central to our business. With over 2,000 R&D staff across 10 global centers, Ming Yang has developed industry-leading technologies such as the world’s largest 18MW offshore wind turbine and the OceanX, the most powerful floating turbine at 16.6MW.
