Security researchers, customers, partners, and authorities can report suspected product security vulnerabilities or security-related incidents to our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT). Please send relevant information to:
If your report contains confidential technical details, we recommend encrypting your message using our published PSIRT PGP Public Key.
When submitting a report, please provide as much relevant information as possible, including the affected products, software or firmware versions, a technical description of the vulnerability, potential impacts, steps to reproduce the issue, and any supporting evidence. All incoming reports will be treated confidentially and evaluated by our PSIRT.
Please provide a brief response including an effort estimate, the planned implementation date, and the responsible points of contact for IT and Public Relations.
